110-300-0165(2)(d) - Plastic bags were observed stored both above and beneath the diaper changing station at a level easily accessible to children. 110-300-0165(3)(f) - Heavy books were noticed stored above the bed where the child was sleeping. Several books were placed on top of each other, leaning toward the side of the bed.
